Yes — $49 for homes during business hours, waived when the repair is $300 or more ($99 after hours, waived at $500). Estimates for new AC are free.

What if it’s after hours?

Mark Emergency on the form. We call back first. Price is still approved before we start.

Do you do rooftop / restaurant units?

Yes. RTUs, mini-splits, offices, and kitchen/make-up air. The shop that cannot open goes first.

Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, Bryant, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, York, Amana, and others. We are not an exclusive dealer.

Is the install quote free?

Yes. The visit to size the job is free. The work is not.

Do you pull permits?

When the city requires it on a changeout, we pull it and list it on the quote.

What should I do until you arrive?

Set the thermostat off if it’s icing or the breaker trips. Keep kids and pets off the unit. Tell us if water is on the floor.
